As part of its Who's A Good Shopper campaign that supports the special bond between dog owners and their pets, Klarna collaborated with Menswear Dog to create a problem-solving dog-carrying bag. The New York City subway recently banned dogs from using the transportation system unless they can fit in a bag, so Klarna and Menswear Dog created a customized shopping bag that lets pet lovers take their big dogs anywhere.
According to Klarna CMO David Sandstrom, "The Klarna Doggy Bag was inspired by the innovative takes on the MTA rules, where New Yorkers started carrying their dogs around in anything that just barely resembled 'an enclosed container.'" A limited number of the bags are available for purchase via Rescue Dogs Rock NYC, and all proceeds go towards helping abandoned dogs find their forever homes.
