This Upcycle Project Transforms an Old Seat with a Gradient Pastel Design

This easy makeover project transforms an old chair into a DIY ombre pastel furniture piece that adds both character and color to any home decor. The project is simple to do and adds variety to an otherwise bland chair design.

The chair project begins with a thrifted or unused chair that is painted with a layer of white paint and then a paint color of your choice such as a pastel pink. The pink is layered over top of the white up until a half way point onto the back of the chair. Then using barely any paint on the brush and upwards motions the pink colored is faded out to create a gradient effect shifting into the white color up at the top.
