Gucci's New Sweaters Boast Large Alphabet Using a Knit Process
Luxury fashion house Gucci introduces a set of new DIY knitwear options for the colder seasons upon us. The pieces are complete in four different colorways including white, red, blue, and green. The sweater styles include a button-enclosed cardigan, a crewneck, and a shawl-collar bomber style. All of the options infuse a stripe design around the sleeves, the buffs, and the bottom along with large personalized letters that can be infused. The letters will be incorporated onto the sweaters through a knitting process called 'intarsia.'
The crewneck style boasts the custom letter over the front and the remaining two styles wear the letter at the back. Branding styles are seen in the form of the House Web strip and the GG emblem. The DIY capsule is also set to include denim jackets, hoodies, tailored jackets, bomber jackets, and sweaters in addition to the knitwear.
