In its latest diversity campaign, HP sets out to break unfriendly assumptions and attitudes toward the Latino community.
The video begins with surveying people's understanding of "What are Latino jobs?" on the streets of Dallas and then redirecting the question to a varied group of Latino professionals. With this diversity campaign installment, HP is able to highlight the gap between the self-perception of a community and society's attitude toward the group, ultimately motivating the reinvention of mindsets.
