Jackie Chang is the executive chef at restaurant District M and the Sandy Springs location opened its doors recently to deliver "chef-driven, upscale casual dining experiences." The restaurant is rooted in delivering traditional Japanese cuisine, featuring menu options such as omakase in different styles, a la carte Moriawase, which are seasonal sashimi, nigiri sushi, and more.
Some notable dishes include its grilled goods and the 'sous vide chicken roulade' -- it is served along with glutinous rice and jujube. To wash down the extensive food selection, District M also has a beverage program that features a range of cocktail and spirits in addition to the Japanese libations. This includes the masu boxes of safe, whiskey flights, and a variety of Japanese beers.
