Sushi By Boū Joins Mary Lou’s for an Exclusive Summer Omakase Experience

Sushi By Boū is the latest culinary star to headline Mary Lou’s 'Summer Society Chef’s Experience,' offering a limited-time omakase collaboration in Montauk and Palm Beach. Known for its intimate, 30-minute speakeasy-style tastings, Sushi By Boū will present a premium 12-course menu featuring delicacies like A5 Wagyu, Toro, Uni, and its now-viral Wagyu 'Big Mac.'

The exclusive events will take place at Mary Lou’s Palm Beach on August 14 and 28 with 12 guests per seating, and at Mary Lou’s Montauk from August 22 to 24, limited to just eight guests per seating. Each evening is reserved for Mary Lou’s Summer Society guests and Sushi By Boū VIPs, offering a curated experience in retro-glam settings.
