Dead Christmas Tree Art

London Artist D*Face Breathes New Life into Discarded Trees

Ever wander past a discarded Christmas tree in January and felt a pang of pity for the poor wretched thing? Well, one British street artist named D*face took it upon himself to inject some humor into this New Year occurrence by sticking googly eyes on the trees of inner city London. These hilarious images show people passing on by as if the trees are quizzically looking at them.

The project entitled 'Eyebaubles' will certainly give passers-by a giggle. Some trees look angry at their fate, others look to be suggestively eyeing each other up, while others just look plain confused. D*Face is a street artist from London, England who runs The Stolen Space Gallery in London. His latest work Eyebaubles certainly brought some cheer to London commuters this January.
