The 'Dino Gum' Concept Looks Like a Dinosaur's Teeth

Though Pez candies are tasty on their own, the sweet's big draw for kids (and for adult collectors as well) is its interactive packaging, and the Dino Gum packaging concept is taking that lesson from Pez to heart. Shaped like a snarling cartoon T-Rex baring its teeth, the packaging replaces teeth with pieces of gum and lets kids pull them out.

The safe plastic design is simple: the jaw is connected via a hinge at the back of the dinosaur's head, and kids can lift the mouth, yank out a gum-tooth, and leave the Dino Gum packaging with a toothless snarl. But, while simple, the Dino Gum concept is a surefire way to make the product stand out from traditional blister packs, adding a feeling of play to kids' experience with the product.
