Developed Through Time by Henry of Pelham is a limited-edition set of handcrafted bottles with photographic labels developed with the white, rosé and red wines they contain. Wine demands time to mature, and within that aging process lies rich storytelling—each bottle tells the tale of a specific season, terroir, and winemaker's vision that unfolds with every sip, transforming drinking into an experience steeped in history and craft. These special labels tell a part of the iconic, 200-year-old winery in Ontario.

Henry of Pelham converted its underground barrel cellar into a fully functional darkroom to develop photos using Henry of Pelham wine, thanks to a method called Wineol. Now, Developed Through Time offers an extra-special way for wine lovers to savor Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, and Baco Noir wines.
