Brendan Ravenhill's Deck Chair Design Features a Bottle Opener

In the summer, people need do little more than sit outside to have a grand old time, and a new deck chair design from Brendan Ravenhill and Loll Designs recognizes that simple pleasure. The patio furniture helps people to get up out of their seat as infrequently as possible, incorporating everything that they might need within arm's reach.

Depending on one's perspective, the key feature behind Ravenhill and Loll's deck chair design will vary. Many will be drawn in by the ergonomic tilt of the chair's seat and back, or the simple layout of the accompanying side table and ottoman. Many others, though, will appreciate the chair's hidden feature: a bottle opener built into the underside of the right armrest. This means that, with a cooler nearby, people truly need not get up for hours at a time.
