Biuro Projektów Architektonicznych, the architects behind the Debowa Housing Estate, got creative with limited resources to build their social housing project in Poland. The development consists of two portions; the majority of the design is the social housing part, but there is also a commercial segment.

To make the Debowa Housing Estate stand out despite its restrictive budget, the architects stenciled on floral and bird images onto the facade of the residential portion.
