The small timber-clad structure sits on a concrete base and features a clerestory window that fills the space with daylight. Subtle height shifts and sun tunnels enhance the sense of openness, while the restrained palette and detailing lend the building a quiet civic dignity. Designed to balance function and warmth, it serves as a welcoming workplace for both staff and residents.
