Dane Design Australia has put together this house located in Western Australia, featuring a large, cantilevered balcony. With the house facing directly out onto the beach, this extended balcony design makes individuals feel as if they could step right out onto the sand (although it's not recommended to do this from such a height).

At night, the entire abode lights up, glowing and drawing even more attention to the overhanging balcony area. This design is also helpful for days when the weather isn't cooperating.
