If you adhere to a restricted diet or simply have food allergies like being lactose intolerant, this dairy-free cheesecake recipe lets you indulge your sweet tooth. Created by Beth from Tasty Yummies, the mini cheesecakes make the perfect shareable dessert or tiny snack. The chocolate-drizzled bites are also gluten-free and have the potential to be vegan as well.
The scrumptious cocoa crust is made out of Medjool dates, Van's Cocoa Sensation Cereal Five Whole Grain Cereal and unsweetened shredded coconut among other palatable things. To make the dairy-free cheesecake filling you will need delicious ingredients such as raw cashews, coconut oil, lemon, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract and water. The dark chocolate topping is optional, but why wouldn't you?
