Da Long Yi Launches its Winter Menu at UK Location

— December 16, 2025 — Lifestyle
Da Long Yi, the Chengdu-born hotpot brand known for its bold Sichuan flavours, has introduced a new winter menu at its only UK location in Soho, London. The seasonal launch builds on the brand’s reputation for combining dramatic presentation with traditional hotpot dining.

The Soho outpost is debuting two winter-exclusive dishes. 'Volcano Beef' features thinly sliced ribeye or tenderloin stacked into a cone and finished tableside with a hot, aromatic chilli-based sauce poured over the meat. Next, 'Peppercorn & Herb Beef Tripe' highlights green Sichuan peppercorns and fresh herbs, delivering a crisp texture and the signature numbing heat when briefly cooked in the communal pot.

These additions celebrate the interactive nature of Sichuan hotpot, where diners cook ingredients together at the table. Alongside the new dishes, guests can explore adventurous options such as duck gizzard, pork intestines, chicken claws, and duck tongue, and customise flavours at the sauce bar with over 20 condiments and toppings.
