There are many ways to travel across open bodies of water whether it's by boat, airplane or simply by swimming. While most people don't usually associate water with bicycles, Schiller has invented a bike that has the ability to travel across water thanks to two inflated pontoons instead of two traditional wheels. The cyclist sits comfortably on a typical bike seat and peddles away to give the pontoons the momentum needed to glide across the water. Bikers can travel up to nine miles an hour on the Schiller X1 enjoying getting a great workout as well as lake scenery.
