Knowing that many diners are looking for help when it comes to choosing healthy eating options, particularly as a New Year's resolutions are still fresh, Noodles & Company launched a new set of customizable menus.

The eatery emphasizes "Real Food. Real Cooking. Real Flavors." with an interactive menu that allows users to begin with a base dish like Pad Thai or Penne Rosa and completely customize it to their liking. In addition to being able to add protein and an assortment of vegetables, plus extra sauce and cheese, users can also make substitutions and remove undesired ingredients.

This menu makes it extremely easy for guests to order in a way that suits their individual tastes, diet or health goals. To kick off 2016, Noodles & Company even introduced gluten-free options, such as a gluten-free cheese sauce and fusilli or rice noodles that can be substituted in its classic Wisconsin Mac and Cheese dish.
