Collina Strada recently teamed up with a Hong Kong and San Francisco-based start-up called unspun, to combine the powers of tech and fashion. Together, the two brands have unveiled an at-home scanning system that can be used to create custom-fit jeans. The scanning system takes just 10 seconds and can scan any body type in the comfort of home. The technology not only helps to provide better-fitting and more inclusive clothing, but also to reduce waste.
To celebrate upspun's first-ever partnership, Collina Strada unveiled the custom-fit jeans at New York Fashion Week. The models wore jeans perfectly fit to their bodies with designed crafted by creative director Hillary Taymour.
