This cubic furniture uses a nature-based and minimalist approach to create an elegant addition to any living room.
Designer Per Jensen looked at a simple object like the cube and thought it was worth the time to study and see where she could use it to innovate her designs. This led to using the cube to explore chair design, which created the 'Anna Marta,' a chic, cubic furniture piece that would fit in any modern, minimalistic living space.
Jensen took on the design of the cube and used wooden slats to reduce how heavy the wooden design looked. The slats created a linear pattern resembling that of a street crossing for a solidly functional and yet sculptural design for this cubic furniture.
