Each of the new Crossfit-approved meat boxes features a selection of steaks, free-range chicken, grass-fed burgers, and more. All the meat is sourced from agriculturally sustainable family farms where chicken and cattle are pasture-fed. Strauss claims that the high-quality meat is not only lower in calories and fat, but it is also better for the environment.
