The chocolate-maker received his education on the subject in France and decided to open the Craig Alibone boutique shortly after. The products he offers are all featured in geometric shapes and are decorated with an artistic flair. One such example is the semi-circle chocolate collection Alibone offers, that feature bright colors and artistically-placed patterns. Another is the sea salt caramel chocolate bar, which features brushstrokes of blue and white and can be cracked open to reveal a thick caramel inside.
