The Craftsmanship Bar is a new in-store customization kiosk to launch inside several flagship Coach stores around the world. The stations will allow customers to personalize their product after purchase, with several options such as monogramming the hangtags on the purses.

In addition to the post-purchase personalization service, the Craftsmanship Bar will also offer repair, cleaning and advising services at the station within each store. The Craftsmanship Bar is said to be launching soon inside flagship Coach stores in the following cities: Hong Kong, Tokyo, Taipei, Singapore, Shanghai, Paris and New York City.

Similarly, minimalism-focused Japanese design brand MUJI boasts a personalization kiosk inside many of its flagships that allow customers to decorate their purchases with branded stamps on their way out.
