From Roberto Cavalli’s grand tassels to Holly Fulton and Betty Jackson's short tassels on skirts and jerseys, all are bestowing a distinct piece of brilliance to the craft world that is evident in the designers' fashion spring/summer collections.

Found in these collections are tasseled evening gowns, feathered fitted skirts and fringed adornments that will work wonders for fashion-loving artistic types.
