Knitted Knock Offs

This counterfeit crochet project is a very tongue in cheek statement about the counterfeit of goods. The designers claim this is a critique of a political economy.

It looks like some awesome arsing around with crochet needles to me, but it's good work all the same, and their efforts have led to an exhibition all of their own.

Check out the gallery and make your own mind up. I guess technically it is illegal.

Implications - Consumers that are able to engage in a luxurious or lavish lifestyle for the fraction of the actual price will find themselves highly satisfied. Businesses that offer consumers similar or comparable experiences will likely generate high rates of success today.
