Copenhagen Street Dog is a new Brooklyn venture launched by two Danish friends hoping to challenge the outdated American hot dog. In a time marked by a migration to health-conscious meat alternatives, the Copenhagen Street Dog brand is bringing the Danish pølse, a fresh hot dog made from a traditional recipe.
What makes the delicious Danish pølse different is the emphasis on using local, fresh ingredients, with each product gluten-free, GMO-free and all-natural. All of the Copenhagen Street Dog hot dogs are made from heritage breed pork from Upstate New York that is antibiotic-free and are fed a GMO-free vegetarian diet. The hot dogs are also infused with premium spices such as nutmeg and cardamom.
