Acacia, a company based in New Jersey, is launching an innovative and all-inclusive camping shelter that happens to include a trio of key components critical to a comfortable and reliable shelter, namely a tent, tarp and air mattress.
The 'Space Acacia' camping shelter comprises a waterproof tent with embedded fiber-glass poles, with the tent offering screen windows, storage pockets and even a port that can be used to hook up an air conditioning unit. Meanwhile, the tent offers a canopy that blocks out water as well as ultraviolet rays. Finally, the floor consists of waterproof PVC and is said to have similar attributes to materials used in inflatable kayaks.The floor is also covered with a carpet for added coziness.
Currently the subject of an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign, the 'Space Acacia' system can be procured for pledges starting at $999.
