Tactile Keyboard Phones

Clicks Communicator Pairs a Physical Keyboard with Modern Android Hardware

Clicks Communicator is a new Android smartphone designed around a built-in physical QWERTY keyboard paired with a compact touchscreen display. The device features a 4.03-inch AMOLED screen positioned above the keyboard and runs a modern version of Android with support for 5G, NFC, dual SIM, and eSIM connectivity. Hardware elements that have largely disappeared from contemporary phones return here, including a 3.5mm headphone jack and expandable microSD storage alongside internal capacity.

The keyboard is designed for tactile accuracy and muscle memory, prioritizing messaging, email, and direct communication over touch-only interaction. A customizable LED side key provides visual notifications, while the form factor emphasizes one-handed use and focused productivity. In addition to the phone, Clicks has introduced a companion Power Keyboard accessory that connects via Bluetooth and functions as both a portable keyboard and backup battery. The Communicator is scheduled for release later in 2026.
