Perfect Servings Dispensers Have Bacteria-Eliminating Touch Pads

In-store systems and fixtures are being updated to help reduce the spread of germs and bacteria and the new Perfect Servings coffee dispensers now have incorporated antimicrobial touch pads. The coffee condiment dispensers feature a polymer biofilm that helps to eliminate bacteria between uses.
United Food Group is also retrofitting existing equipment with the Stayz Kleen overlay so that customers can feel safe as they use coffee stations across the country.
While there are many beverage equipment solutions that are going completely touch-free or rely on the use of mobile apps, Bryan Real, president of United Food Group, says: "We feel when you add complexity to such a simple process, you are asking for service issues as well as defeating the purpose of speeding up coffee lines at beverage centers."
