Komodo's Energy Drinks are Made with a Base of Coconut Water
Laura McQuarrie — August 13, 2018 — Lifestyle
In the same way that coconut water beverages have challenged the sports drink market with a better-for-you, electrolyte-rich, all-natural alternative, Komodo is now taking on the energy drink category with its caffeinated coconut water products.
Komodo's line of coconut water-based energy drinks are low in calories and sweetened with a blend of cane sugar and stevia. In terms of taste, coconut is naturally a key part of each of the flavored varieties offered, alongside pineapple and mango. The beverages are packed with B vitamins but free from artificial flavors and colors.
Each Komodo energy drink can boasts 50 milligrams of caffeine, which provides a lower caffeine content than some of the other energy drinks on the market but specifically appeals to "those who care about what they put in their bodies."
