The Clock Box is aptly named. It is a clock that has been placed in a box. Nevertheless, there is nothing MacGyver-looking about the design. Instead of cardboard materials, exposed mechanics and some duct tape holding it all together, the Clock Box sports a clean and contemporary aesthetic.
Created by Italian studio Mykonos Design, the Clock Box is structured using a paper wine box. The end result is akin to a grandfather clock in miniature form. The clock face and hands are located on the top while a window at the bottom reveals the tiny pendulum. Long and narrow, the Clock Box is nevertheless much more portable than an actual grandfather clock.
Available in black or white, the Clock Box comes either as a single or dual version.
