Plant-Based Brine Sauces

Fabalish Puts a Twist on Classic Condiments & Dips with Aquafaba

Drawing inspiration from classic condiments like Tzatziki, Fabalish makes an entirely plant-based version of this popular product with aquafaba in place of yogurt. The brand's Vegan Tzatziki is free from dairy ingredients but full of flavor thanks to additions like freshly cut organic cucumber, mint and dill.

Aquafaba, or chickpea brine, is also a key ingredient in the making of Fabalish's Smoked Spices sauce and dip, which is prepared with a savory blend of smoked paprika, coriander, fennel, cumin and cayenne. Fabalish created this blend of spiced ingredients to offer consumers a vegan-friendly way to avoid the sugar and cholesterol that are so often packed into conventional condiments.

As Fabalish's favorite ingredients are chickpeas and aquafaba, some of the other products it makes are baked falafels and blondies.
