The Cityscape Ring is an Abstract Representation of Infrastructural Masses

The pixelated motif has grown quite popular, but instead of having been computer-inspired, the Cityscape Ring's design was influenced by the look of the dense 21st century city. These rectangular forms have been extruded to the third dimension and clustered to form a jagged surface that's similar to a metropolitan skyline.

Arte Joyas used sandblasted sterling silver to create the contemporary piece of finger-worn fashion. This was then coated in a matte finish, different from the shiny aesthetic that's normally drawn from the precious metal. This gives it a slightly more industrial look.

The band and the feature of the Cityscape Ring are both made from the fragmented six-sided forms. It's bold and chunky and quite the statement as a great example of a chic urban accessory.
