British accessories label Jimmy Choo is promoting its Choo Hounds capsule collection with the help of its consumers and their pets.
Jimmy Choo recently worked with artist Rafael Mantesso and his dog. Mantesso's dog -- a bull terrier named Jimmy Choo -- starred in the Choo Hounds lookbook as well as the promotional short film. The brand has since turned towards user-generated marketing and has encouraged its loyal consumers to snap shots of their pets with items from the collection. After gathering endless amounts of puppy-filled photos, the brand created a collage with the pictures to further advertise the Choo Hounds collection. This advertising concept has done wonders for the British brand and its interactive style helps build a community with its consumers.
