Pink Chocolate-Covered Marshmallows

Chocmod's Colorful Treats Feature Fruity Ruby Chocolate

Chocmod uses white, milk and dark chocolate to create chocolate-covered marshmallows, as well as the newly discovered ruby chocolate, which boasts a naturally vibrant pink hue. The shapely treats resemble gummy bears but offer a different experience with texture as there's a hard, crunchy outer shell and a soft marshmallow enter.

According to Chocmod, ruby chocolate sets itself apart from the three other kinds of chocolate with an "intense fruitiness and fresh sour note." While chocolate lovers are already familiar with the pairing of chocolate and marshmallows, these colorful treats offer a unique experience with taste, color and flavor.

As well as making marshmallow treats in the shape of bears, Chocmod also produces other novel forms like cubes, stars, hearts and domes.
