Chickpeas are often only appreciated in savory applications but Lebby makes chocolate-covered chickpea snacks that are rich in fiber, crunchy and free from any salt, oil or additives. The guilt-free snacks are made with a base of dry-roasted chickpeas and offered in varieties like dark chocolate, milk chocolate, mocha and sesame honey.
The non-GMO and gluten-free snacks are prepared with just a handful of ingredients—in the case of the dark chocolate variety, just dry-roasted chickpeas, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, cocoa powder, beet sugar, soy lecithin, vanillin and acacia tree gum.
