The guilt-free snacks are made with a base of dry-roasted chickpeas and offered in varieties like dark chocolate, milk chocolate, mocha and sesame honey.
The non-GMO and gluten-free snacks are prepared with just a handful of ingredients—in the case of the dark chocolate variety, just dry-roasted chickpeas, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, cocoa powder, beet sugar, soy lecithin, vanillin and acacia tree gum. According to Lebby, its products are based on a 500-year-old artisanal Mediterranean recipe and the brand only uses "earth's elements to roast [its] chickpeas: fire, water, air."
