Naturally Pink Chocolate Biscuits

Wernli's classic chocolate biscuits—the Choco Petit Beurre Biscuits—have been delighting people in Switzerland for generations and to treat consumers to something new, Wernli is now introducing the 'Choco Petit Beurre Ruby,' which features ruby chocolate.

The biscuits, which feature a layer of chocolate, are being touted as a global innovation and are said to provide an "unknown taste experience" due to the inclusion of the aromatic ruby pink chocolate.

As ruby chocolate is naturally pink, these chocolate biscuits are free from artificial colors and flavors to allow consumers to experience the taste of the fourth type of chocolate in the form of a biscuit. Thanks to the discovery of this new kind of cocoa bean, a range of familiar chocolate products are being completely reinvented with a focus on natural colors and flavors.
