Qdoba is Offering a Sweet Chicken Mango Salad for Summer 2018

In an effort to update its menu for warmer weather, the Mexican quick eats chain Qdoba has brought back its popular Chicken Mango Salad. Made with hunks of fresh fruit and other zesty ingredients, the new dish is a light and tasty option for summer dining.

Available for a limited time, Qdoba's Chicken Mango Salad features a crispy-fried flour tortilla base, topped with grilled adobo chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Mango Salsa, and a zesty cilantro-lime dressing. The Mango Salsa is the true star of the dish, and is made from fresh ingredients such as mangoes, red bell peppers, tomatoes, red onion, cucumbers, jalapeños, cilantro, and lime juice. For those who truly love the tropical salsa, it can be added to any entree for no additional charge.
