Chi Kitchen is a brand created by Minnie Luong, who decided to start creating and selling her kimchi on the market after spending her whole life eating the nutritious, flavorful food.
The Chi Kitchen brand offers "fermented cabbage that is brined with salt and combined with chopped garlic and onions, julienned ginger and Korean red pepper" -- and is flavored with either a fish sauce or a miso paste as part of the vegan option. Luong creates all of the products by hand and uses locally sourced ingredients, a process that she learned to appreciate with the lessons her father taught her through his fishing and gardening hobbies.
Bottled in minimalist glass jars, Chi Kitchen products offer artisanal, traditional foods that people with varying diets can enjoy.
