To make the cheesy kale chips, you will need chopped kale leaves, olive oil, raw cashews, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper. Begin by drizzling the kale leaves with olive oil and then gently massaging them with your hands. Next, add the cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a food processor and pulse. Add the resulting spice mixture to the kale leaves and toss with your hands. You will then need to bake the kale leaves in the oven until they are crispy and golden brown. In just 10 minutes, you should have a delicious batch of healthy vegetable chips.
