Created by Lady and Pups, the recipe for Figs and Ricotta Cheesecake Popsicles are a more grown up take on a classic ice pop. Perfect for cooling down with this summer, the creamy frozen treat incorporates whole fruit.
To make your own cheesecake popsicle batch, you will need whole milk ricotta cheese, sweetened condensed milk, good quality honey, sea salt, fully ripened figs, half and half or heavy cream. If you just aren't a fan of figs, you can also substitute them for any other fruit you would prefer. This includes peaches, mangos, summer berries or lychees.
