This 'Grill-Cheese' Will Become Tender, but Won't Melt on the Barbecue

When placed on a hot barbecue, most cheeses are quick to turn into a delicious, albeit melted mess—but these barbecue cheese skewers provide a solution to this common problem.

The 'Grill-Cheese' skewer from Züger Frischkäse is described as having a "special consistency means that it does not melt," but will become tender and soft when cooked on a flaming charcoal grill.
