As an alternative to producing healthy bread-based wraps, Lotito Foods creates 'Cheese Folios' from all-natural Cheddar, Jarlsberg or Parmesan cheeses.

The lightly baked cheese wraps are free from lactose, gluten, wheat, flour, fillers and added sugar, plus they have the potential to be used in many creative ways. Due to the unique properties of the lightly baked cheese, the products can be used to form everything from rolls and bread-like wraps to crispy cups.
