After testing the results of presenting its guests with a chatbot AI, named Rosa, the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas is gearing up to introduce the high tech device as a loyalty benefit. Initially, Rosa was a concierge robot that patrons could interact with, ask for towels, restaurant recommendations and even play a game of 'Would You Rather' with. Following improvements to the chatbot AI, Comsopolitan's vice president of digital marketing is excited about the vast possibilities of using the device for a more personalized and enhanced guest experience for Identity loyal program members.
The chatbot AI will be able to serve and prioritize guests' reservations. It will learn about the valued patrons and will assist them. Retaining Rosa's cheeky and playful attitude, the hotel will be able to sufficiently boost guest satisfaction.
