Although the Cereal Couture series is a fun art project and nothing more, it may inspire people in the fashion industry to foray into the food industry.
Considering the backlash many fashion houses receive for employing underweight models, this may improve their image. Cereal Couture is also quite reminiscent of other strange ventures such as specific types of condoms.
Conceived, styled and produced by The Glam Foodie (Tricia Clarke) for Sip, Chat, Chow, the Cereal Couture series is not a far cry from her previous project that centered around designer desserts. The Cereal Couture series includes famous design houses as Burberry, Cartier and Louis Vuitton. Clarke says, "It was inspired by my love of fashion, style and amazing food."
