The Celebrity Craziness Matrix Categorizes Famous Faces

Jest.com's 'The Celebrity Craziness Matrix' was designed by the sites Managing Editor Dan Hopper and marketing expert Jay Kasten. The quadrants are grouped under the headings of 'self aware,' 'zany,' 'dangerous' and 'oblivious.' Stars like Courtney Love, Peter O'Toole and John Mayer fall somewhere in between the comical categories.

Hopper and Kasten point out that while celebrities are known to engage in erratic and at times illogical behavior, there are different shades of crazy. Some brands of all out insanity are quite concerning while others are harmless and more so humorous. The grid places the famous faces on to the Matrix in accordance with their latest public debacles, many of whom are in the midst of divorces and disputed DUI trials.
