Montreal-based 'Trout Lake Catering and Events' seeks to elevate the industry standards through a collaborative approach and a focus on high-quality ingredients. More than just a catering service, Chef Antonio Park's new business venture helps to curate and plan events, as well as customize menus for each individual client.
Chef Park's long history of refined local cuisine and elegant design found in his two restaurants 'Park' and 'Lavanderia' have been applied to the fast-paced catering industry. Much like his restaurants, Trout Lake Catering and Events will also utilize organically and locally sourced ingredients, while paying equal attention to style and aesthetics. In addition to the food, this innovative catering company offers clients help in everything from music to lighting. Currently, Park and his team are working on building a private kitchen, with plans to expand the business to New York, Toronto and Vancouver.
