Retro Digital Pet Collabs

CASETiFY x Tamagotchi Partner for a Custom-Branded Tamagotchi Device

CASETiFY x Tamagotchi is a collaborative collection developed in partnership with Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc., combining retro digital culture with contemporary lifestyle accessories and collectible merchandise. Centered on the iconic handheld digital pet introduced in 1996, the collaboration revisits Tamagotchi’s enduring cultural relevance through a modernized product ecosystem designed for nostalgia-oriented consumers.

The collection incorporates Tamagotchi’s recognizable pixel-inspired aesthetic across a range of co-branded items, including phone cases, tech accessories, plush charms, collectible trading cards, and personalized travel products. Vibrant color palettes, character graphics, and sticker-style visual treatments reinforce the playful digital identity associated with the franchise, while an exclusive custom-designed Tamagotchi device serves as the centerpiece of the release.

The collaboration also reflects the growing commercial influence of “kidult” consumer behavior and nostalgia-driven collecting culture. Additionally, 'Chase Cards' distributed across seven rarity tiers, from 'Common' to 'Supreme Ultra Rare,' introducing an element of scarcity and gamified collecting that aligns with the continued popularity of unboxing experiences and fandom merchandising.
