Relaxing Carbon Fibre Bathtubs

This Lightweight Tub by SplinterWorks Features a Hammock Shape

The design team at SplinterWorks has put together a unique freestanding bathtub made from carbon fire with a shape that takes inspiration from a lounging hammock. The tub opts for an ultra-comfortable shape that allows consumers to fully unwind and relax while enjoying a soak.

The bathtub is creatively made using carbon fibre, that gives the unit a lightweight feel and a unique black colored coating. The carbon fibre allows the tub to weigh no more than 30-pounds, while still remaining incredibly strong and durable for long-lasting use. The light shape of the tub means it can be placed anywhere in the home, without the need for reinforced floors to support the weight.

Due to the artistic design and freestanding shape of the tub, the piece can be used as a central decor piece in a bathroom.
