Kettle corn often requires a copious amount of sugar to create a decadent layer of caramel that covers the popcorn with a sweet and savory candy coating. This recipe replaces the often used sugar with Truvia, a calorie-free artificial sweeter made from stevia that is added to the popcorn while it is popping. In addition to the sweetener, coconut oil is used in place of butte to glaze the popcorn. While the popcorn won't have the traditional caramel hue, it will retain its sweet and crunchy kettle corn taste.
