Phase Three Brewing Company and Affy Tapple created a new beer called A Bushel of Apples that perfectly captures the aroma and flavor of an Affy Tapple Original Peanut Caramel Apple. To a traditional blonde ale, Phase Three added apple juice, peanuts and Affy Tapple, creating a flavorful new fall treat for craft beer and Affy Tapple fans. As Todd McClamroch, Vice President at Affy Tapple, says: "Most fans of Affy Tapple have grown up with our Caramel Apples, we can't wait for them to try the nostalgic flavors they love captured in a skillfully brewed beer."

The craft beer with notes of sweet caramel and peanuts is said to have a crisp and refreshing fruit finish and the beer helps to give back to the local community, as a dollar for every 4-pack sold helps to support the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
